The Lime Lab FAQ's
FAQ's on Lime Lab Classes |
|
Do I need to bring anything with me to class? |
We recommend a pen and paper or notebook. A highlighter is also helpful for breaking down
dialogue/copy for scenework. We also suggest that you dress
comfortably but please keep in mind that this is a great opportunity to
try different looks for the camera and future auditions.
The most important thing to bring to class is commitment, dedication and enthusiasm.

How do I pick the right class at The Lime Lab? |
Our class description page is the best place to start. We require
all of our new students to take Acting Lab 101. It is the
pre-requisite for all other classes offered by The Lime Lab.
If you already have acting experience we suggest Acting Lab 101
anyway. It has eye-opening and new ideas and will serve as a
great refresher...In any event, check out your options and if you need
further guidance, call and we'll be more than happy to help select just
the right class for you.

|
What is your policy if I have to miss a class? |
The Lime Lab does permit 1 make-up session per 8-week class. If
you know in advance... a phone call is greatly appreciated.
Make-up's need to be scheduled with The Lime Lab office.

What's special about The Lime Lab's classes? |
Our classes are designed to give every student a chance to work on
camera every week! To review and analyze their work with our
professional staff. We have access to current commercial copy,
television/film scripts and audition material. Class sizes are
limited to insure you work more than once per class. And best of
all, our teachers are working professionals.
We highly recommend you study with several different teachers at The
Lime Lab. There will also be guest speakers in our classes
including local talent agents and casting directors. It is a
wonderful chance to be seen in a working environment! Get
exposure to people who could one day help you.
